That is a huge problem for the Right, but it doesn't mean interests can't overlap, even if the driving forces behind them are drastically different.

So maybe instead of beginning the discussion by arguing whether Theodore Roosevelt was proto-Hitler, whether Thomas Jefferson would be called a Fascist today, or whether Liberalism is something to preserve or the acid of Western Civilization, perhaps we start by asking what policy changes we'd like to see enacted in a reasonable timeframe (one generation or less).

Here's a few simple questions to determine whether someone can be worked with or not.

>Should we end the H-1B program?
>Should we complete the Southern Border Wall?
>Should we repeal Hart-Celler?
>Should we repeal the Immigration Act of 1990?
>Should we end, for all practical purposes, all migration from the Third World (Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Most of Latin America, etc)?
>Should we make abolishing Birthright Citizenship a non-negotiable litmus test for future judicial appointees?
>Should we overturn Griggs v Duke Power?
>Should we move away from the Prussian-inspired mass-schooling model in favor of a return to Classical education?
>If we do not have the votes to repeal a Federal agency or program, should we do whatever we possibly can to orient it towards ends that serve an explicitly Conservative, Christian, and Right-wing viewpoint?
>Should we dramatically curtail the regulatory state that prevents the construction of housing, factories, mines, power plants, transmission lines, pipelines, and infrastructure?
>Should nuclear power once again be a core component of American energy policy?
>Should we pursue energy abundance (including nuclear, natural gas, oil, geothermal, hydroelectric power, and whatever renewable sources prove economically competitive) rather than deliberately making energy scarce and expensive in the name of combating climate change?
>Should America maintain enough domestic industrial capacity to produce its own weapons, ammunition, ships, semiconductors, machine tools, pharmaceuticals, electrical equipment, and other goods that are strategically essential to preserving our sovereignty as an independent nation?
>To that end, should we reduce our strategic dependence on China even if doing so increases some prices in the short term?
>Should chronic shoplifting, organized retail theft, vandalism, open-air drug markets, and persistent public lawlessness in Blue America be tolerated any longer?
>Should we seek to make it easier to denaturalize avowed Marxists in America by overturning Schneiderman v. United States?
>Should the DSA be treated as an existential threat to America instead of a normal political organization?
>Should Marxist agitators like Hasan Piker be forcibly deported from the US, damn the consequences?

And then, after all of that, we can ask the philosophical questions that continue to tear us to pieces.

There may be no possible way to overcome the divide that exists on the "not Left", but that doesn't mean a new fusionist coalition isn't possible.

That requires us to stop trying to cancel and gatekeep our enemies and instead recognize a far greater and more dangerous enemy in the form of the Democratic Party and its adherents.
