@plusnethelp 3 days ive now been without Internet. I've done your troubleshoot videos and even tried a different router to see if that was the problem.. no dial tone in the phone either. Now being told it will be looked at on Wednesday! My partner needs it to work from home!

@Ryanair due to covid we didn't get married so we are having to change the partners name back to her maiden name. We tried to speak to customer services and they were rude. We put a complaint in and never got a reply! (2)

@Ryanair how can you charge someone £115 to change a name which was due to circumstances out of our control... we were due to get married in April so this holiday to cyprus we booked in which would be the partners married name. (1)
