Not only are Just eat content at delivering over an hour late then not willing to offer compensation but you take 2 weeks to make that decision. Awful service. Time to order from somewhere that cares!

@Dominos_UK I tried but they didn't answer phone. I ordered 7pm received it just after 9pm and was cold. Had to microwave it which spoilt the thun n crispy base! Not happy at £44 going to waste!

@nectar I am disgusted at recent customer service. 1st my card is hacked and the points spent but I am told because it was a local store it must he me despite all my online details being changed and 6wks later I'm still waiting for account to be sorted so I can access it!

@Primark Yeah and as previously mentioned I don't have the receipt as my son was bought the item for Xmas and we weren't passed the receipt. If you wanted to give good customer service and keep loyal customers then you could do a size exchange when the labels are still in tact. Thanks!!!!

@Primark Yeah I know it your policy but there is such a thing as good customer service that Primark seems to of forgotten now they have got bigger. Well I'm one customer you have lost as you ruined a Xmas pressy for my son! You could swop if you wanted. Thanks for nothing!!!

@Primark My son received a blanket hoodie from his aunt on Xmas day which is too small. she never told us the receipt was in parcel & paper was ripped of then thrown.Tried to return it for a bigger size but was refused. Surely with labels still on Primark could do this.Thanks!

@BMAT_SEND It's took me a while to understand her needs but now I do, I do all I can to help her. I now also understand the reason she is always tired. This is because she tries so hard to fit in that it takes a lot of energy from her.

@BMAT_SEND So true. My daughter has struggled more than normal recently. Yesterday we went to a friend's in the evening but she kept asking when are we leaving. They had children same age but she wouldn't go be with them but instead sat on my lap until I said OK let's go.
