2. Another Institute better

3. NFRA finding on CCM...

In any case, important points:-
1. Timing
2. Facts with appropriate remedy
3. High level Lawyer (otherwise everyone will hire Junior Advocate and Senior Advocate won't get per hearing lakhs)
4. Briefing to Lawyer and arguments in front of Judges
5. Judges understanding of the facts

Infact Students are capable of hiring Harish Salve but most of the students ..............

See the positives, 4 years back, none gone to SC.

Now, students have courage to move. Fighting for the right cause is important. Winning or losing secondary. CA students give attempt after attempt in the hope of passing. What if after failure, they don't even appear in subsequent exams?

This is the biggest achievement.
You people already won a psychological battle. Now the decision maker will think before taking decisions because they will think that students can move to SC.
In fact I got calls when students moved to SC, assuming that I am involved. They thought none of the other people had the courage but they were wrong.

I only have a small doubt.

When we used to appear in the exam, admit cards used to come through post. Why was there no such unavoidable circumstances? Had you come across centre change that time (no mobile, no emails)

Doesn't it mean, better to go back in that era?

Where is Six Sigma approach or maybe only in books.

It has come to my knowledge that some exam centers have been changed by ICAI and emails have been sent to students. I am not surprised because I am aware that these types of things occur. It matter of utter surprise not a single CCM post this information in the benefits of students 😡
I further advise students whose center comes in the city in which the third or fourth phase election will be held to plan for the May 5 and May 11, 2024 exam papers and come at least 1 hour before the scheduled time because on both dates public transport is not available, and due to the last day of the election, there may be a road show conducted by political parties and road jams for full days.
