@titaneyeplus To clarify I had to cancel my order due to all the delays and all I am asking for is a refund. I don’t understand why that has to take forever or I have to wait for someone to contact me? I just need the refund for something I never received
Been more than a month of @titaneyeplus order which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Am I getting the refund without begging or should I be reporting this to credit card company and govt. agencies to get the refund?
@titaneyeplus Update on this - essentially the team confirmed that they have been holding my order hostage because I refused to upgrade based on their “suggestion”. It’s not impossible for them to make my order with Blue Oleo I selected but they “suggest”(bully?)!!
@titaneyeplus Sent the DM and still waiting for something which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Someone mentioned that it’s because I refused the lens upgrade that was being pushed on me?!!!!!!
@titaneyeplus I and my family members have already reached out - on socials and otherwise . So many times! I just get a nice apology when I share online but really no help!
Got a @roborockglobal. Doesn’t work. So they asked me to video record it 30 days x 60 minutes so they can see this intermittent issue! This customer service is 🤷🏽

More than 10 months and 2 weeks later, still have non functioning internet from @XfinitySupport. Guess how many times I have reached out and got no help? Of course on internet, they always respond with send us info we will help. And nothing ever happens!
