I’ve literally been calling my therapist an opp for 3 weeks and can’t get over how actually validating and helpful she was today lol

Started therapy today telling her I almost canceled bc I didn’t even know what therapy could do for the shit that’s been on my mind. Then proceeded to unpack 8 years of hurt and connect it to a current pattern of behavior in a totally different context. THANKS BONNIE

On the plus side tho.. for the past few months I’ve been joking that I’m gonna promote myself at work so I can fucking fix everything… well they’re literally in the process of creating a whole new supervisor role and my HR bestie is already telling them to pick me for it 😩🙏🏻

Been on a pretty strict internet and stimuli hiatus as I, per my last mental break down, realized I need as minimal unnecessary thoughts, information, emotions, questions, conflicts, problems etc as possible. Bc my brain is already CONSTANTLY WIRED with them.
