High leverage
Gambling
Doom scrolling
Processed foods
Artificial additives
Energy drinks/soda
Negative people
Excessive alcohol
Smoking cigarettes/vaping
Constant outrage
Impatience
Comparing yourself to others
Eating before bed
Prioritizing screen time over loved ones
There can be healthy limits to some of these.
The problem is most people aren't just consuming them.
They're being consumed by them.
I have seen this list quite often already, so I thought, it would be fun to briefly look at each point. This will of course not be an in depth refutation of each accusation, as for point, one could write a whole book, but at least I will provide brief refutations for each point.

Hot shower every night. Warm bed. Food in the fridge. Truck in the garage with heated seats.

American problems pale in comparison.
