It's not often that you witness a performance like Donavan Frederick's. Congratulations on receiving the Mid-South Sports Network Lloyd R. Foster Extra Effort Award following the game against Rocky Mount in the second round of the playoffs, where he recorded 11 tackles, 4 of which were solo, along with 1 sack and 1 interception. He also rushed for 104 yards on 9 carries and scored 1 touchdown. Additionally, it was an honor to be recognized with the extra effort award for the entire defense for their hard work earlier in the season.
