I doubt they'll take it back now unfortunately, although it would be funny if the backlash made them change their mind lol, I know you mentioned how xbox did it before, but that was a bit of a different case, because they had competition back then and were getting destroyed by it due to their choices. This time I see both Nintendo and Microsoft following suit after a while which means Sony has no reason pulling back. Wish I was wrong

I don't support less options either, even though I haven't bought a physical game since 2013, but it wasn't hard to see that they would go this way eventually, in fact I'm surprised it's happening in 2028 and not sooner, so it's funny how everyone so surprised and act like they never saw it coming.

The threat isn't digital media. The real threat is when they will force you to be always online, always checking in,and always requiring permission before you use your "owned" things, and that's not limited to video games.

That's what you need to start worrying about.

Been playing #empulse the last few days.
Fun little game, not much depth to be taken seriously by me personally, feels more like an Aim Trainer than an Arena Shooter, not a bad thing though, it's still fun.

SBMM might be too harsh, I've been literally finding the same "Pro League" stacks, not a few matches in a row but rather days in a row, we know each other by our real names now, if this continues I can see us inviting each other to our weddings. Jokes aside, SBMM is too strict for a niche game like this, and it would be much better if it stayed in ranked modes only, pubs must be chaotic random fun and not sweatfests that god have mercy if you dare play solo and try to use something besides the meta.

Que times also way too long, 5mins on avg to find a game is unnacceptable. Another thing to blame SBMM for.

Servers seem to be held together with duct tape and prayers, there's rubberbanding and lagspikes every other match, I know it's early access, but goddamn!

Mechs are cool, but shouldn't be on every mode, they are just annoying gimmicks to lure titanfall fans in.

The game also needs more fun Halo modes such as "Team Snipers" "Team Swat" etc...

And definitely needs a killcam, we need to know how we died because some deaths are just sus to say the least.

Overall, it's a fun game that scratches the itch for a movement arena shooter, I hope it survives more than a few months because we don't get many of those nowadays.

@advice_ir2 Front fenders are ugly, in general, it requires a lot of body work in order to be sexy, but stock chassis is very mid.

Compared to any RX7 gen, it's a complete joke.

@Ehngage37 @OrdinaryGamers CSGO was running just fine at 30 on PS3 so I doubt it would had that much trouble on PS4, but Idk maybe a modding incompatibility issue... Never heard of it
