Most people don’t have a sleep problem.
They have a consistency problem.
One night of good sleep feels easy.
Doing it for weeks is where almost everyone falls off.
That’s why I find @Sleepagotchi interesting.
It doesn’t try to force a new habit into your life. It takes a habit you already need and gives you a reason to care about improving it.
Sleep was always valuable.
Now people can actually see that value compound over time.
One thing I’ve noticed is that most wellness apps are great at collecting data, but not so great at making that data actually work for the user.
You sleep, You recover and You build habits.
The data gets logged somewhere and that’s usually where the story ends.
That’s why @sleepagotchi caught my eye.
They’re exploring a different direction where sleep and daily behaviour aren’t just tracked, but transformed into something useful through AI, incentives, and personalized insights.
The idea is simple:
Better sleep → better decisions → better outcomes.
Feels like we’re moving toward a future where health data isn’t just collected but actually starts working for the people creating it.
Hope y’all ain’t fading 👀
