@ATTHelp I have had the worst customer service experience trying to receive my trade in shipping materials. I waited on the phone line for 32 minutes and had the agent hang up with me after I asked a series of questions. She told me to let her speak and she disconnected us.

@Macys Worst customer service due to sales associates giving wrong info for shipping an item to a customer. I was told to use a Macy’s gift card to ship to a store. When I called with them gift card number I was told “no”. Now I have a $90 gift card that I can’t use.😔 #help
