@SinSationsz@RanaMC_@TDM_Jesus omg ur so stupid, all that proves is that it was human error or negligence, there is no proof of intent, you’re confusing the two 😭
@SinSationsz@RanaMC_@TDM_Jesus the person who grabbed the ss is almost always just a researcher, they messed up and used a bad illustration, with an otherwise good description. unless valve can prove they did this mistake on purpose, it’s only treated as authenticity failure, rather than a crime lmfao
@SinSationsz@RanaMC_@TDM_Jesus do you know what perjury means? there is no proof of intent at all. they did provide misleading evidence and that figure will definitely get thrown out, but there’s no proof of them intentionally using it WHILE knowing it’s misleading
@SinSationsz@RanaMC_@TDM_Jesus fake evidence is objectively worse than misleading evidence. her lawyer could easily say this was human error (which courts allow for) and not the criminal act of perjury, which there is no proof of them committing lol
@RanaMC_@TDM_Jesus the mistake of using that screenshot will stay public record that valve can file a Motion in Limine for, but the plaintiff can and must (to maintain case’s credibility) swap out the picture to a red skin near-miss instead. this isn’t fake evidence, it’s misleading evidence.
