Hey guys 🚨 today is the LAST day for you to stake your $ME if you wanna receive part of the 16+ million $ME unclaimed from TGE claim.

We’re gonna ramp token comms back up very soon. I know because I’m the one who’s gonna be doing it haha.

Airdrop details:
We’re taking all the leftover $ME that wasn’t claimed and airdropping it to stakers. We’re excited to honor the commitment of giving that $ME back to the community. Think of it as something we wanna get done so we can ship the next amazing thing for you guys.

It’s gonna be airdropped directly to your wallet. No claim. We don’t have a specific date but it’s going to be sometime in February, just working out some details.

Also, the snapshot is gonna be taken close to the date of claim. You HAVE TO BE STAKED at time of snapshot to get the airdrop. If you’re no staked you won’t get anything.

You’ll get the airdrop based on whether you staked before 2/1, your staking power overall, and when you started staking. Of course if you stake $10 today for a month don’t expect to receive the biggest airdrop.

How to stake?
You can stake in mobile or desktop via Magic Eden’s app, just make sure you have enough gas (SOL). If you do it on desktop just go to ME and hit the “Earn” tab. If you do it on the app, just go to $ME in your Magic Eden wallet and you’ll see “stake” in the token details page.

Will I get passive staking rewards after this airdrop?
In the future after this drop, emissions will mostly come from Quests. You need to both trade on ME and be staked to get emissions. Think of this as an exception to the rule because we wanted to honor our commitment to give these tokens back to the community!
