I am a small merchant. My issue is NOT related to swipe MDR. It is regarding MDR deducted on RuPay Credit Card transactions below ₹2000 which should be eligible for the MDR waiver. Despite multiple follow-ups the issue remains unresolved

I have already shared all the transaction details multiple times, but I'm still receiving generic responses instead of a resolution. Kindly refund the wrongly deducted MDR charges on my eligible RuPay Credit Card transactions and resolve this issue at the earliest
