@RailMinIndia Do u care abt special trains. TRN no. 07389 slated to reach Bpl 7pm on 01/7 is abt 5 hrs late while official info ws 4 just1.30 hrs. Passengers are made 2 wait endlessly on dirty Bpl stn totally at mercy of Rlys. Least expct 2 give correct info. @AshwiniVaishnaw
