AqVerium (अक्वेरीयम) – जगातील पहिली डिजिटल वॉटर बँक आणि जलशक्ती मंत्रालयाच्या अंतर्गत स्थापन झालेल्या IndiaNPIM यांच्या सहकार्याने महाराष्ट्र जीवन प्राधिकरण (MJP) यांना AquaKredits सादर करण्यात आले. शाश्वत जल व्यवस्थापनाला प्रोत्साहन देणारा हा उपक्रम राज्यासाठी महत्त्वाचा टप्पा ठरणार आहे.
मुख्यमंत्री मा.श्री.देवेंद्रजी फडणवीस साहेब यांनी विकसित महाराष्ट्राच्या अर्थसंकल्पात मांडलेल्या जलसुरक्षा, सांडपाणी प्रक्रिया व पुनर्वापर आणि हवामान बदलाला तोंड देणारी पायाभूत सुविधा उभारणी या दृष्टीकोनाशी सुसंगत असा हा उपक्रम आहे. ॲक्वा क्रेडिट्सच्या माध्यमातून जलव्यवस्थापनाला प्रोत्साहन मिळेल तसेच शाश्वत जल पायाभूत सुविधांसाठी खाजगी व संस्थात्मक गुंतवणुकीचे नवे मार्ग खुले होतील.
