Let God convince you. Tell God honestly that you don't believe. Challenge God with His Word to let you open a Bible to an arbitrary place. Put your finger on the page and then read. Do this until you can make a honest decision.
This is what I did... and 30 days later God told me to follow Him now, while I was on a snowboard in the mountains... Most amazing moment of my life.
this makes me think of...
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. “Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, in Your name did we not prophesy, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name do many miracles?’ “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’ — Matthew 7:21-23 LSB
What a total scam this entire AI industry is... All of this is manipulative business practices... all staged perfectly to suck more and more money out of the pockets of common people. Shame on @nvidia for joining in on the scam... $2000 increase is justified by greed... That is all these corporations have is greed...
Yeah I am mad... This is crazy.
It is all pretend.
Nvidia did not have a sudden increase in anything except an endorsement that hardware is all that matters... That was not the intent...
"Far from the best education" names a school test, not education. American kids grow up building with Lego and playing hockey or basketball in the street. Most places do not raise children that way. "Almost everyone was religious until fairly recently" is the point, not a miss.
PISA 2022 ranked U.S. 15-year-olds 6th in reading and 10th in science, near the OECD average in math. That rank does not define education, and it does not test the Gallup belief.
Crime and health numbers are published U.S. statistics. They do not test that belief either.
If the people who built the modern world held a Creator, naming them does not miss the point. Ken Ham posted the Gallup figure. About 7 in 10 Americans still affirm God in human origins, a share he said no other Western nation matches. Capable people held that belief then. Capable people hold it now.
@teslaflexx One of my greatest frustrations with FSD. Where I live the amazing politicians made our school zones 15 mph. Sloth will obey that for about 30 feet then it goes to 25 mph which is speeding... then when I am out of zone the car barely accelerates even if I switch to standard mode
The 37% and 34% are two answers on one Gallup question, not two polls. A person can pick only one, so those shares add: 37 + 34 = 71. Pew was not added in. It is a separate survey.
Gallup and Pew did not poll the same people, and that overlap is not needed here. Subtracting 34 from 37 does not apply either. Those groups do not overlap, so there is nothing to remove. Saying this poll does not measure atheism is the limit of the question. It never asked that.
"Backward" and "morons" are not measurements. Gallup counted a stated belief. It did not observe human origins, and it did not test intelligence. That belief is down from its 1999 peak. The country that held it built the leading industrial economy of the last century. Elon Musk, arguably one of the greatest innovators in history, told Katie Miller on 9 December 2025 that the person he looks up to most is "the Creator," and that "God is the Creator." He added that this universe came from something, and that people use different labels. The United States has led industrial output since the 1880s and has been the leading superpower since 1945. Backward thinking does not produce this record. Morse's first telegraph, 24 May 1844, read "What hath God wrought" (Numbers 23:23). Maury charted the oceans and treated Psalm 8:8, the "paths of the seas," as a reason to look. Carver credited a Creator for his crop chemistry. Joseph Henry, a practicing Christian, did the induction work behind the electric motor. A poll does not turn that record into a measurement of an unobserved origin.
You can ask Grok to check the claim. Gallup’s 2024 poll: 37% say God created humans in present form within the last 10,000 years, 34% say humans evolved with God guiding the process. That is 71%, or about 7 in 10. The other 24% said evolution with no God role; the poll does not measure atheism. Pew’s 2023–24 data show 83% of U.S. adults believe in God or a universal spirit.
@MKantautas@thsottiaux because claude is where the value spend is.. haha
They all suck, but claude is the worst. I find claude to be the most convincingly wrong models. Sure claude can code, but so can all the models... I know unpopular opinion.. haha
if I am building lego style things where perfect order is not an important as the visual picture (ex. construction blueprints) then I would prefer lego instructions and when building something that must be put together in one way only to ensure the final result then ikea style instructions.
