It's Jul 5, 7 days gone – still nothing. Cx care says expected delivery was Jul 4, but the parts haven't even reached the warehouse. Now they’re telling us to wait till Jul 7. Your logistics partner is 3rd party, no tracking link nothing. What should I do? I'm done with Wakefit
2 days passed. No message, no email, nothing. We contacted the store on Jun 26 – turns out, the complaint was NEVER raised. Had to ask them again to raise a ticket. Only then it was officially registered. They asked us to wait 7–9 working days for the missing parts to be shipped.
@royalenfield I got the bike back today. Entire wire harness was replaced coz of damaged insulation. Putting this here so that I can refer here if this happens again.
I have another complaint. If it was manufacturing defect and under warranty. You have charged 30k RSA from me for no reason.
@royalenfield Talked to CRM and social media manager. My stance is clear, BTM and Silk board service center need to connect. Concur that its the same circuit part underneath the seat. If yes, replace it. I will NOT accept fixing the affected part. You tried it in August, replace it this time.
@royalenfield What is the resolution if it breaks down again? What should I do if it breaks down a 3rd time. I will not accept the bike back until I know what will happens if it breaks down again. The CRM person was not ready to give it in writing that it won’t break down. Take responsibility
@royalenfield I have to pay for border charges and toll everytime I need to get the bike towed. I have done this 2 times now. @jagograhakjago please look into this and let me know if they are allowed to charge 3.5k border and toll everytime? Look at the whole case as a matter of fact please
@royalenfield I’ve questions about RSA practices of Europ Assistantance. My bike was broken down at a border area of Karnataka and TN. They are entitled to charge 3.5k extra in name of border charges and toll? Just to cross 5km into the border? There was no toll on the way back. Malpractice.

What if this happens again when I am 200km away from BLR on the highway? Will RE bear the cost of the RSA to tow the bike? I’m not taking this bike from service center without these assurances. I’m done with Royal Enfield.
@royalenfield After getting towed at 12 midnight. The bike has reached BTM layout RE service center now at 6AM. This RSA service has also been a absolute nightmare. Attaching my RSA ticket also. I have lost all trust in Royal enfield today. Incompetent bike and service. Will not recommend
@royalenfield Update on this, Europ Assistance had scheduled the RSA 2.5 hours prior at 3PM IST and said they will pick it up in 3 hours. But the pickup vehicle started at 4:30 PM and will take 3 hours from now on to reach for pickup. This joke of a service is getting funnier by the minute

Its 2nd time is 2 months my Shotgun 650 has broken down with no power on the highway. RSA from here to Bangalore will cost me ₹12.8k. RSA last time was ₹16.4k. Its the same short circuit issue. I have spent more on getting this vehicle towed than the petrol. Joke.
