My phone is Realme Narzo 70 5G. In my phone show B28(700mhz) is exist, and customer service associate also confirmed that my phone support B28 .

So why I my phone doesn't work on 700mhz . Always connected to 2100mhz.???

I think most probably brand problem.
In this phone too many problems like app open close animation missing.. Amoled display but Always on Display Missing.
Too lagy . Network problem sometimes.
Gaming performance very low.
Many features are missed.
