Is this how @AirIndia_4 treats paying customers? Paid for a ticket + insurance in a single shot. PNR confirmed, but insurance is missing. System error on your end shouldn't mean zero safety for me. Flight is on Tuesday 9 AM—expedite my Nodal case urgently! 😡✈️
