@oasisvisas Then all these people Pallavi, Dashmeet, Diksha, etc..all these will just prolong things until you get tired and stop asking refund.
There are tonns of reviews on google of the ongoing fradulebt activities by team, people plz go through reviews before giving them any money.

@oasisvisas Your team has not refunded my amount yet, it’s been 1.5 years and now I’ce lost hope. It was well within contract and they even agreed to refund amount.
When I will followup they will reply’my refund is being processed on urgent basis’ & it’s been 1.5 years the urgency isn’t over

@NoBrokerCare I am facing quite a lot of issues with my seller plan from day 1, now it’s been around 10 days I’ve been onboarded and all of a sudden RM says that they can’t assign FRM for my area and forcing me to downgrade my plan.

@NoBrokerCare As of today it’s been around 3 weeks, no updates at all, no one responds, if NBH doesn’t have FRM facility, the sales guy shouldn’t have promised me that, now after payment, my property is idle, I’m losing money everyday, no leads are being worked on, no FRM provided.

@NoBrokerCare Hi, it’s been almost a week since I raised this issue, please can you let me know if an FRM can be assigned to me or not as it’s delaying quite a lot now & I do not get any updates from my assigned RM anymore, no one is monitoring buyers for my property listing.

I have been requesting and following on these from past 1 month, even the escalatio teams is there in email but no assistance provided at all for such basic things…

[2] I have hired my own lawyer as NBH l’s lawyer can’t even draft a proper and strong legal notice without errors.
I am taking the legal case ahead myself , I don’t even expect NBH to help on this but not asissting with basic things like notarized agreement, chat option, etc…

@NoBrokerCare I really feel I have been scammed here, after doing the payment I an unable to reach out to anyone from No broker and RM has not even contacted me yet.

@NoBrokerCare I was onbaorded yeaterday around 10AM IST, did my full payment and then as expected, no updates received until now for further process, RM has not contacted me yet, no idea whom to reach out to, I was told RM will connect withinv 4 hours aftr payment.

@NoBrokerCare This is my RM , I have not receieved any call from him even once after onbaording, no way to reach out to him and I am not getting any asisitance , everyone in unreacheable after receiving the payment.

@NoBrokerCare Not sure what’s happening, until now RM has not reached out to me & there is mo way for me to reach oht either & also no one approached from support team. Team has collected my money and gone silent completely.
