Next day, I got this Text from NCRP: Dear Sir/ Madam, Status of your Complaint Acknowledgement No. 31301240005928, dated 29/01/2024 12:51:PM, reported on Cyber Crime portal is amount of Rs. 9916 has been Put on Hold. Kindly contact your respective Police Station.

@HDFCERGOGIC we are waiting for a Cashless claim settlement at Max Hospital Saket for 7 hours now. The TPA office is saying that your claims department is delaying it and it cannot be expedited as we do it have an agent and had bought the policy online. Please help
