@AkasaAir I have a luggage exchanged with another traveller having an exactly same looking luggage. I am contacting since 2 days but no response. Please look into the matter at priority.

@AkasaAir The traveller on the opposite end told me that he had also sent an email abt the incident to akasa air but got no response. That's the level of your support #akasa. I am definitely sure with all the details you have it shouldn't be this difficult or time taking, You're not indigo
@AkasaAir With a li'l common sense, i've been able to contact the co-traveller wid whom my luggage got exchanged few days back. The sad part is @AkasaAir with all the details about the travellers, with additional details provided by me in a ready to use way couldn't be of any help.

@AmazonHelp i hv already reached out. Just waiting for the resolution. I keenly ordered the items bcoz those were same day delivery but see now, its completely missing. I read that the delivery agents mark as delivered to complete their daily target. if so, its pathetic.

Now, I will make sure to make all the orders COD in future and suggest to place only COD orders to others as well. @amazonIN is investigating the issue but haven't heard back from them yet. Never pay for 'pay on delivery' using the pay now link in advance in @amazonIN@amazon . i paid before delivery but the delivery executive told that he doesn't see the order is paid. so, he took it back though I have already paid. don't see an option to complaint.
