I’ve shopped at Vishal Mega Mart offline many times, but today was my first online order. Placed at 2:37 PM for ₹1,017.26, still showing “Out for Delivery.”

I have a confirmed SL S4 ticket in train 15553, but the entire coach is packed like a General compartment. Even with a reserved ticket, I’m being forced to stand. The TTE is not taking any action. Requesting immediate intervention.
