Electricity & Road works authorities are shifting blame.
Who shall be accountable if an accident occurs?

@TPSouthOdisha @TataPower @CMO_Odisha The complaint has been already given through customer relation centre which was followed by an inspection from the Junior Engineer electrical division. But according to them we are asked to deposit the amount equal to the estimate for shifting of pole by self funding or other.
