@SwiggyCares this is not the first time 2 days after this complaint again I raised an issue but an executive named pooja she was so rude and arrogant she said we'll take care from the next time this isn't a way . I know you're bound to policy but be fair with consumers like us.

@Swiggy earlier hhe said we'll refund you completely then he came and said we'll be able to refund only 70 rs out of 370 rs. This is not fair .

I placed an order around 7.30 on @Swiggy . The order was supposed to be delivered around 8- 8.05 but we received the order at 8.38 it was a complete waste of our money , the food was cold , chapatis seems to be leftovers and dal had no salt . Customer service is time waste.

This happens every time I place an order. You should consider hiring delivery workers with at least a +2 qualification. They don’t attend calls, fail to understand instructions, and to make things worse, there’s no option to reach customer support by phone. @deepigoyal @zomato

Honourable @ChouhanShivraj sir , my father is a farmer in satpara near patharia district DAMOH . My father has paid all the electricity bills still electricity supply is not given because nearby farmers haven't paid their bills. I request you to look into this matter ASAP .
