Any review of the banking system for Viksit Bharat must start with ground realities—staff shortages, rising workload, and long-pending demands like #5DaysBanking. Strong banks need respected and rested bankers.Preparing banks for Viksit Bharat is impossible without addressing the concerns of bank employees. Structural reforms must go hand in hand with humane work conditions, fair policies, and institutional strengthening.

Indian Economy can't move an inch without PSBs : for that they don't want to keep Bankers out of sight. But Bankers assured to work daily 40 mnts more in lieu of 2 more Saturdays off. Even then what's the problem ? Make it clear to common bankers.

Notably during devastating 2014 & '18 Floods in J&k & Kerala,Air India rendered free services to operate rescue flights,aids & air lifting stranded people as a Govt Sector .But now they r charging 4 times fare as Private.Mega merger & Bank Privatisation will lead such monopoly.
To have a Self Reliant country we need to have a Self reliant control on capital.Only Public sector Banks can give this control to take the country towards VIKSIT BHARAT. On the contrary reliance on Private/ Foreign capital will bring Financial dependence.
