I’ve been experimenting with something interesting for interior design and real estate.

I took a 360 image of an empty room using Insta360, sketched where I wanted the couch and TV, used Nano Banana Pro in the Gemini app to generate a furnished version, converted it into a Gaussian Splat (3DGS) with Marble by World Labs @theworldlabs then walked inside it in Apple Vision Pro.

It’s wild how fast you can go from empty space → immersive walkthrough.

For luxury real estate and renovation planning, this could completely change how client presentations feel.

Spatial computing is starting to become practical.
