#Bengal is known worldwide for its culture & creativity. Sharing such a sloppy video is the greatest disservice to Brand Bengal.
Blaming social media noise for the criticism is not the appropriate response. No one wants the new Govt to rush, but a launch must be well-prepared and thought-through.
Govt must review, rebuild & relaunch.

Got these images of abysmal & life-threatening condition of TOLL ROAD NH-12 (old NH-34) Debagram to Bara Jagulia, WB. Full toll charged for craters, undulations, zero maintenance.
@NHAI_Official @MORTHIndia @nhai_kolkata @ROKOLKATA_NHAI @OfficeOfNG @MORTHWBRO
Big talks on FASTag tech & MLFF, ZERO action on ground! Threat of faily accidents looming large, vehicle damage, ambulance delay. This is criminal negligence despite toll collection. Need immediate safety audit & repair, and fix accountability if you really want people to believe in the double-engine sarkar. #NHAI #NH12 #WestBengal #NitinGadkari

@NHAI_Official @MORTHIndia Abysmal condition of TOLL road between Debagram to Bara Jagulia (NH-12/WB). Craters, no signage, waterlogging - commuters' lives at risk
What action tkn against Concessionaire / IE / Regional PD? Big talks on tech, zero action on ground. @OfficeOfNG
