I have been on hold for an unreasonably long time with no answers being provided.

I would appreciate some answers, support and help with this situation and proof that the CCTV from the incident was reviewed

@sheilaswheels my car was written off and I was lied to about the value of me car.

I was informed my car was Cat C when it was not.

My personalised was from a cat c car over 10 years ago and I have had that reg on at least 3 cars since the Cat C one
