Dear Texas DSHS,

I oppose the over regulation of hemp that will cause closures. Redefining the definition of hemp will outlaw the hemp flower and destroy the industry. Combined with a 13000% fee increase will certainly close small business. I do agree with age gate to 21, proper packaging and safety testing. Please take a pause on the strategic banning of natural hemp flower and exorbitant fee schedule for Texas mom and pop shops. Thank you!
