There is no sin in marrying you first cousins. God tells us we can do so, and this is not just with Muslims. The Bible also says it’s ok to marry your first cousin. It’s the churches, the prohibit us, and we cannot prohibit what God has not prohibited. But then again the church doesn’t follow the Bible at all as we can see with their actions.

Also, if you follow God laws and commandments, there will be no problems whatsoever with any of your children.
