I wonder now, if i have to tweet everytime to get a response from ITR office. Also, i would suggest not to close the ticket just because you responded to it. Your response does not necessarily mean that you resolved it. After 4 tickets its still not resolved. #ITDindia

I don't understand why would income tax reps keep closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Still waiting on my refund. New SR is again raised 14522859.
