The road in front of M3M Merlin, Sector 67, is very dangerous for pedestrians crossing over. Yesterday, one of our residents was killed in an accident. A speed breaker is essential just before the entry to M3M Merlin, where there is traffic from 3 directions.

Appeal no.512 RGSH filed before Registrar General of Societies, Haryana, on 31/01/2013, but no hearing till date. Hearing fixed for 02/03/2013 cancelled without reason and no fresh date fixed. Justice being denied to members of M3M Merlin RWA, Gurugram.

DTCP withdrew constuction approval for Tower 11 of M3M Merlin vide order no ZP-748-Vol-IV/AD(RA)/2021/21407 dt 27/08/21. NCDRC order dated 23/06/22
declared the project illegal. Please remove encroaching structures on Merlin property.
