There is no difference between a premium train and a local bus when some passengers think the entire coach belongs to them.

Shouting, loud conversations, videos without earphones, and complete disregard for fellow passengers have become far too common. People pay extra for trains like Shatabdi expecting a comfortable and peaceful journey, not endless noise pollution.

A train coach is a shared public space, not someone's drawing room. Basic civic sense should not be optional.

Indian Railways must start imposing strict penalties on passengers who repeatedly disturb others and ruin the travel experience for everyone.

SEBI has penalised a Research Analyst ₹30 lakh today.

But what this analyst did - it's hard to find a more shameless act than this.

The company's name is OnePaper Research Analysts.

SEBI's team went to their office for a surprise inspection.

The whole office looked like a call centre - 100 sales agents, and just 2 people in the research team.

The moment SEBI's team entered the office, the manager told his 100 sales members to leave.

SEBI asked why he had sent them out.

The manager said - "they've all gone for lunch."

SEBI's team went to the lunch hall. Checked. Nobody was there.

SEBI then told the office manager - "call everyone back."

Employees came back. Sat at their desks. And did absolutely nothing. Just sat there.

The inspection team told one random employee - "call a client".

She made the call. And did exactly what she had been taught to do - started promising the client guaranteed profits. Pay the fees, good returns will come.

The manager probably wanted to bang his head against a wall.

SEBI got LIVE proof.

And this wasn't a one-off case. SEBI's portal had multiple complaints against them with similar assurances.

In this case, SEBI found 4-5 other major violations.
Final order came today. Total ₹30 lakh penalty.

So next time a SEBI-registered advisor talks about guarantees or recovery - file a complaint.

I was ready to pay the full amount for a car. The dealer still didn't want to sell it to me.

Yesterday, I went to a car showroom with my uncle to buy a new car. We had already decided to buy the base model. No loan, no EMI, no negotiation. We were ready to make the full payment immediately.

But instead of processing the booking, the salesman kept pushing us toward the top variant. We told him multiple times that we didn't need the extra features and didn't want to spend an extra ₹3-4 lakh.

Then came the shock.

He told us that if we wanted the base model, we would have to buy accessories worth ₹70,000 from their showroom. Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to deliver the car.

I was genuinely confused.

If the manufacturer makes the base model, why don't dealerships want to sell it?

Why should customers be forced to buy accessories they don't need?

And why is someone willing to pay the full amount treated like they're making the wrong decision?

The funniest part was when the salesman told us, "You don't have car-buying knowledge."

Apparently, wanting the variant you actually need is now considered a lack of knowledge.

This isn't about one brand. I've heard similar stories from people buying different cars.

So I want to ask:
