We’ve become aware of a shocking & deplorable act. The PC (Gen) @mumbaicus1 garlanded Gr. B officers who arrived late at the office, publicly displaying their names and pictures on the screen at NCH. According to Hon’ble HC, this "naming and shaming" of Gr.B officers amounts to a violation of Article 21 and constitutes unwarranted interference in people's privacy.

Despite being legally empowered to address latecoming, it seems the PC is intentionally undermining the dignity & self-respect of G. B officers and does not extend to Gr.A.

All Gr.A officers up to ADC who have been continually misusing operational vehicles while availing TPA are exempt from CCS Conduct Rules and this brazen plunder of public money is not considered humiliating in the eyes of senior officers who are establishing an alliance to exploit pub resources for personal luxury. Naming & shaming are more appropriate for this misapprop of pub resources.

Should we also record videos of @IRS_CIT misusing vehicles & other exploitation of resources and public with their names and do ‘naming & shaming?’

Mahatma Gandhi invented this tool of nonviolent protest ‘against the powerful’ in order for them to feel shame for their wrongdoing as weaker section can’t punish the powerful. The PC, wielding significant power, is inexplicably targeting Gr. B officers alone which is an abuse of his power to publicly shame the ‘helpless’ Gr.B officers. This condemnable behavior cannot be accepted, especially as there is no legal basis empowering the PC to engage in such actions and compromise the dignity of Gr. B officers violating the FR mentioned in Article 21.

Furthermore, we've learned that the PC is escorted by two protocol officers of Gr. B, a clear violation of the law and a misuse of power. In response to this discriminatory act, we extend a metaphorical bouquet of flowers, expressing our disapproval.

We urge swift corrective measures to uphold the dignity of Gr.B officers justice, fairness, and equal treatment within the @cbic_india . We are posting a blur video to hide the identity of the officers who have become victims of illegal act of ‘naming and shaming’. क्या ये नहीं मालूम कि दूसरे विश्व युद्ध में ब्रिटिश सेना में 35 लाख सैनिक थे, जिसमें 25 लाख भारतीय थे?

इसलिए भारतीय स्वाधीनता संग्राम जब सफल हुआ, तो ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य की चूलें हिल गईं।

क्या ये सोचा है कभी कि इतने बड़े देश में आज़ादी का आंदोलन घर घर कैसे पहुँचा?

आप तो सोचेंगे नहीं, लेकिन दुनिया ने खूब सोचा और समझा है।

यूँ ही नहीं नेल्सन मंडेला से लेकर मार्टिन लूथर किंग तक ने महात्मा गाँधी से प्रेरणा ली।

यूँ ही नहीं विश्व के 70 से ज़्यादा देशों में महात्मा गाँधी की मूर्तियाँ लगी हैं। दर्जनों देश आज भी मानते हैं कि गाँधी जी का आंदोलन अगर ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य को कमज़ोर न करता, तो उन देशों को आज़ादी इतनी आसानी से न मिलती।

वैसे आप तो ये भी भूल गये होंगे कि 1947 में भारत की आज़ादी के बाद सौ से ज़्यादा देश आज़ाद हुए हैं। इनमें तक़रीबन पूरा अफ़्रीका भी शामिल है।

ज़रा कभी अफ़्रीकी देशों में घूम आइए, समझ जाएँगे कि उन्हें आज़ादी दिलाने में जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने क्या मदद की थी।

गाँधी- नेहरू आपकी ही तो राष्ट्रीय विरासत हैं, जिसका आभार भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन के बाद आज़ाद होने वाले ज़्यादातर देश मानते हैं। आप कैसे भारतीय हैं जो ख़ुद ही इस पर प्रश्न लगा बैठे?

आख़िर क्यों? ज़रा सोचिए!
