@SingaporeAir : really pathetic experience! Flight from Kolkata to Singapore got overheated and became a furnace for 45mins since take-off (passengers felt sick). Worse, my baggage got lost from Singapore to Jakarta leg of the flight and still not traced!!!

@SingaporeAir Complaint was lodged yesterday immediately, at the Jakarta airport. It has been 36 hrs but the lost baggage has not been traced yet!
