@AksUnik Agree 100%. I also believe this is due to the fear of unknown. This should be taught early in a child’s life that it’s ok to try new things and fail and they would not be penalized or ridiculed for trying.
@sm my 6-year-old son does it on days when am unable to play with him for an hour or so.
- he will have nightmares (all imagined)
- he will have leg pain (even with no physical activity)
- he cannot fall asleep\bored
- he wonders why he cant stay awake and read a book
