Our CEO pitched SubTrack to @Jason live at @LAUNCH Startup Tune-Up.
Rapid-fire ping-pong on paid acquisition, then the gut-punch lesson: having users vs. the doggedness to GO ACQUIRE paying customers.
Ranked us #1. Called him a "credible founder." π₯

π¨15 days left to join the SubTrack Pilot. It closes June 30.
If your foremen are still writing time and materials tickets on paper and you're re-typing them into QuickBooks at night, you already know what that costs you. Lost tickets, disputed lines, and billable hours that never make it onto an invoice.
SubTrack fixes that. Your crew logs the full T&M ticket right from the field. Labor, equipment, materials, subs. The client signs off, and it exports clean into your billing. TCL Contracting used that paper trail to claw back a $14,000 invoice that had already been declined.
Get in before June 30 and lock in 20% off for life. Every seat, every tier, forever. The price never goes up on you. Spots are capped at the first 50 crews, and once they're gone, the deal is gone with them.
15 days left.
π Claim your 20%-off-for-life before the window shuts.
β³ 15 days. The clock's running.
Sent out our latest investor update today.
A couple months ago we had one paying customer. Today we're at 3 paying companies, 11 seats, and over $750k worth of real construction work has been logged through SubTrack.
The biggest milestone was seeing a pilot customer expand usage and roll SubTrack out across their earthworks operations. Watching something we built get used every day on real jobs has been incredibly rewarding.
Still a long way to go, but it's exciting to see the early signs that we're solving a problem worth solving.
Huge thanks to our customers, supporters, and everyone who has provided feedback along the way. Every conversation has made the product better.
Back to shipping. π

We landed a major contractor.
Over the last 5 days, more than $50,000 of real production Time & Material tickets have flowed through SubTrack.
Heavy usage exposes things that demos never will. Different approval chains, client requirements, integrations, and edge cases all show up when real work starts moving.
The good news? We caught issues early, adapted quickly, and kept production tickets moving.
Nothing teaches you faster than real customers doing real work.
Onward.
$500K in field tickets processed π
SubTrack hit another milestone this week: over half a million dollars in processed tickets.
The team has been hard at work shipping features, talking with users, and tightening the workflow for contractors running Time and Material work.
The June 30 deadline is coming up for contractors who want to simplify their T&M tickets and lock in 20% off for life.
Weβve also started development on timesheets for payroll. This came directly from user feedback. Field crews need simple payroll time tracking, and contractors need that time to sync cleanly with T&M tickets.
That bi-directional connection will make SubTrack even more valuable for supervisors, admins, and project managers.
Big thanks again to our pilot users.
Next stop: $1,000,000 processed.
We launched more features this week.
β Notification preferences β toggle off any SubTrack email you don't want, per user.
β Equipment Types β group equipment into categories with a default rate, so Rate Sheets fill in automatically.
β LOA and Travel rates on Rate Sheets β set once, pulled into every LEM automatically.
β Project LEM Summary report β every LEM in a date range, totals included, exportable to PDF or Excel.
β Labour Hours report β every labour entry across every project, ready for payroll.
β Save and Submit β supervisors push LEMs straight into the PM's approval queue.
β Cleaner interface β refreshed login, navigation, LEM views, and mobile layouts.
More on the way.
Create immediate Ah ha moments!
SubTrack has been getting into more contractors' hands the past couple weeks. We are learning the favorite features and details from every demo and onboarding session.
Here are the top 5 user favorites:
1. Easy Travel Rate β Being able to manage travel rates on-the-fly without having to pre-set everything on rate sheets. Users like the ad-hoc nature of making LEMs knowing the software learns and adapts.
2. Project Rate Sheet β Ah ha moment created when users understand that Project specific rates may be dynamic while having templates that are rigid makes for a simple separation of concern that is foundational to construction dynamic.
3. Scope Breaks β One LEM, multiple scopes of work. Strip, dig, haul, each break tracks its own labor, equipment, and materials in a single ticket. The ah ha hits when users realize they no longer need to spin up 4 separate LEMs for 1 day of work just to keep billing clean per PO.
4. Revisions β Every edit to an approved LEM stacks (R1 β R2 β R3) with a full audit trail and rollback. Users love that they can revise without ever losing history, and the revision numbers auto-increment while staying overridable when a fix never left the office.
5. Client Approvals β LEM goes out for sign-off, client gets a link, signs digitally, signed PDF drops straight into the invoice backup. Users love that the chase is gone and the moment really lands when they see their client gets their own read-only dashboard for pending approvals, projects, and costs.
Big thanks to every contractor who's been pushing us β these features exist because you told us they mattered. If you're doing T&M and still living in paper or Excel, come kick the tires.

Heard on a sales call last week:
"We're just a small construction company. We don't need software for tickets."
Heard on a different call the week before:
"We're too big to change. Too many of our people would have to stop using Excel."
Both answers are wrong. For the same reason.
Small contractors still have margins to hit. T&M is a tough game to stay profitable in, and every hour and every material line matters. One forgotten load of gravel can eat a real chunk of a small project's margin.
Big contractors hide behind complexity. Every day they stay on Excel and paper they're paying for it β in lost hours, unbilled work, and disputes that die in someone's inbox. Nobody tracks that cost because nobody can.
The only question that matters:
How much time can we save you? How much revenue can we capture that's currently walking off your jobsite?
If either number is non-zero, there's an opportunity.
Small contractors who move early get to scale with a tool that scales with them. Big contractors who wait pay for the delay in every ticket they process.

We just shipped three big features on SubTrack.
Client Approval Workflows. Your client gets a link, reviews the LEM, signs it digitally. Done. No more printing, scanning, or chasing people down for signatures. Once it's approved, they get the signed PDF with all the backups automatically.
Scope Breaks. If your crew worked drainage and earthwork on the same day under different POs, you don't need to make separate LEMs anymore. One ticket, multiple scopes. We built this because we've seen guys create 4 LEMs for 1 day of work just to keep billing clean. That's a waste of time.
Revisions. Full version history on every LEM. If something comes back rejected, you revise it and the old version gets voided. Clean audit trail.
These are the features our early users kept asking for. They're live now.
If you're doing T&M work and you're still on paper or Excel, come check it out. Free to start.
What is the "Manual Tax" costing your field operations? ποΈ
In construction, "the way we've always done it" is often the most expensive way to operate. Paper tickets, manual data entry, and chasing down approvals aren't just annoying. They are a direct hit to your bottom line.
Most construction teams are losing thousands of dollars every month to invisible operational leaks. We built the Subtrack ROI Calculator so you can stop guessing and start seeing the real numbers.
Plug in your own team data to see:
