I have now spoken with 5 different @CommerceBank agents, at least 2 of them supervisors, and NO ONE cares that there is fraud occurring on my checking account. I was told prior to a recent system upgrade, they could have helped, but not now? How is that an upgrade?
I'm just about fed up with @CommerceBank and their increasingly negligent, careless handling of my accounts. I've been with them 20+ years, but the service is NOT what it used to be.
@MichelCombes@sgitw0 I've been contacted via twitter DM & promised an email. I hope @sprintcare are more reliable than everyone else I've spoken w/ at @Sprint recently. I'm tired of the disreputable used car sales tactics & complete lack of focus on customer service.
@MichelCombes@sgitw0 During my visit both managers spoke in a condescendingly, refused to hear me out or empathize w/ my concerns & wouldn't honor what 2 salespeople told me w/in the last month. Deception & covering for employees giving incorrect info is the new @Sprint norm.
@MichelCombes@sgitw0 Generally speaking, I've never had issues w/ @Sprint in the past, but I can see the culture w/in the company is changing away from taking care of the customer & instead is about maximizing profit more than ever.
@MichelCombes@sgitw0 Having dealt with both the @Sprint Store Manager & Asst Mgr (Otto & Augusta) I left without any reasonable resolution and this was the single worst experience I had as a customer at Sprint or anywhere else, dealing w/ management, nonetheless!

There's simply, completely, absolutely way too much open space out here now for me to reasonably, meaningfully and appropriately fill with words and punctuation and context for others to read and forget. So, enjoy the extra virtual literary real estate, but I will stick with 140.
