Atefeh Rajabi Sahaaleh, was a 16 year old girl from Neka in Iran's Mazandaran Province. A lovely happy girl enjoying her life. One day while travelling in a taxi she was arrested by the morality police for not wearing a hijab. She endured days of torture and rape at the hands of Captains Zabihi and Molai, who later confessed to misconduct amid family complaints and global outrage.

Brought before Judge Haji Reza, stumbling and bleeding from repeated assaults, she begged Judge Reza for justice and punishment of her tormentors.

Instead he passed a sentence for her to be executed for the crime of Adultery and Chastity.(The poor girl was raped and tortured in captivity)

In defiance of her death sentence, she tore off her hijab and threw it at his feet.

On August 15, 2004, she was publicly hanged from a crane in Neka's town square. (The judge himself later admitted to raping and torturing her during interrogations.

Ada 19.69 juta kenderaan berdaftar di Malaysia hingga 31 Disember 2025.

Dari jumlah tu, 20.7% atau 4.07 juta unit kenderaan didapati tidak mempunyai roadtax aktif selama 3 tahun atau lebih.

Ada kemungkinan itu semua adalah kenderaan lusuh atau usang dan kerajaan sekarang menawarkan matching grant atau geran padanan sebanyak RM2k untuk kenderaan yang berusia 20 tahun ke atas bagi dilupuskan secara rasmi.

Duit RM2k pula akan diberikan ketika membeli kenderaan Proton dan Perodua baharu.

Sebanyak RM10 juta diperuntukkan dari belanjawan 2026 untuk inisiatif ini, bermakna seramai 5,000 pemilik kenderaan lama boleh memohon geran padanan itu bila mereka lupuskan kenderaan lama.

Untuk memudahkan lagi urusan nyah milik kenderaan, MOT melancarkan Sistem Pembatalan Pendaftaran Kenderaan Secara Dalam Talian (Sistem e-DeREG) oleh JPJ, yang membolehkan pemilik kenderaan membatalkan pendaftaran secara digital tanpa perlu hadir ke kaunter.

Tapi kenderaan lama itu hanya boleh dilupuskan melalui Authorised Automotive Treatment Facility (AATF) — pusat pelupusan berlesen yang memastikan kenderaan dilupuskan secara sah, profesional dan mengikut piawaian alam sekitar .

Geran ini juga tidak terpakai untuk motosikal dan jetski. Hanya kereta sahaja.

Baguih ni, akhirnya Malaysia lebih ke depan berbanding negara-negara Asean lain (kecuali Singapore la kan).

Ini bukan wajib ya, masih boleh pakai kereta lama cuma yang ada kereta lama tersadai depan rumah, nak restore tapi dah 10 tahun cakap nak buat tapi tak bergerak pun, sekarang gomen nak bagi duit utk kau dispose kereta buruk tu secara sah.

I doubt any serious action will be taken. The FAM scandal involves far too many powerful, high-ranking figures- "big fish." One big fish is so big that you cannot even mention the name. In the end, only the smaller fishes will end up facing the consequences, as is the standard SOP.
Another major reason nothing substantial will happen is that the very person responsible for deciding on this matter has himself been accused of using a fraudulent "Dr." title. After the exposure, he quietly dropped it; but we all understand what that implies. Another fraud swept under the carpet. This is the real Malaysia.
