By forcing the Director of Adelaide Writers’ Week, my marvellous, Jewish friend Louise Adler, to resign, they left me with no option other than to tear up my coveted invitation in public. Der Gipfel in Alaska war keine Enttäuschung. Dass sie sich überhaupt getroffen haben, ist schon ein diplomatischer Fortschritt im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren. Es macht die Welt ein Stück sicherer, wenn die #USA und #Russland wieder auf höchster Ebene miteinander sprechen. #Merz und die anderen Europäer sollten jetzt ihren Beitrag für ein Verhandlungsangebot mit einem realistischen Friedensplan leisten und auch #Selenskyj in die Verantwortung holen. Ohne Verzicht auf eine #NATO-Perspektive und die Anerkennung des aktuellen Frontverlaufs als Grenzlinie wird das Sterben nicht enden. Russland rückt vor, die Situation verschlechtert sich zusehends für die Ukraine, die Mehrheit der ukrainischen Bevölkerung wünscht sich endlich Frieden, auch um den Preis territorialer Zugeständnisse. Wer sagt, das müsse die Ukraine selbst entscheiden, sollte sich an der Stimmung in der Bevölkerung orientieren, die Selenskyjs Kompromisslosigkeit immer weniger unterstützt.

Trump is a little boy in short trousers doing whatever his masters tell him - 'create chaos' because the status quo needs to be destroyed so the new one - the 'Great Reset' - can be ushered in. The 'alpha male' has always been an act that is being dismantled by ever more people seeing through it and him.
The 'alpha male' says 'Yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir', to his masters in the shadows who own him and can hang him out to dry any time they want as he well knows.
