A hospital is owed payment for their services. Not the body of the patient, alive or dead. Denying you your child is kidnap and unlawful detention. Normalise suing for such rigmarole. Their only re-course is suing for contract breach in civil court!! @idringp

A few days ago I almost lost my daughter because of the negligence of the medical staff there.

A hospital that still uses Quinini to treat Malaria should always be a red flag (Always find out what medication is being administered to your child). I had to transfer my daughter to another hospital for a second opinion and God was on my side that I did it in time, this is after spending millions on the former hospital who refused to discharge my daughter bse they wanted payment to Zero balance yet after 3 days of being admitted, there was no change in her health.

The doctors at the new hospital I transferred her to called me a lucky man and said my daughter was left with just a few hours to die apparently the old hospital was administering the wrong medication.

My daughter has been discharged and is home now. Special thanks to the grand mother for the hospital recommendation ..

I would have mentioned the name of that hospital but I won’t bse they helped my other kids in the past .. but I’m just totally disappointed in them.
