What is SUDA? 🦚🌎
SUDA is a permanent ecosystem built on Solana, connecting one native token, 12 Country Tokens, a sequential South America Journey, ATOMIC BUYBACK®, the LEGENDARY Peacock and a SOL-based reward pool.

Here’s how it works:

1. It starts with SUDA.

SUDA is the native token of the ecosystem, with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 SUDA.

Anyone can enter the ecosystem with any amount.

SUDA is also the first bonding curve and the starting point of the South America Journey.

2. One graduation unlocks the next country.
There is no fixed calendar.

The Journey progresses through bonding-curve graduations.

SUDA graduates → SUDA SRD unlocks.

SRD graduates → the next Country Token unlocks.

And the sequence continues through all 12 South American Country Tokens until SUDA BRL.

One graduation.

One new token.

One continuous Journey.

3. Eligibility is built stage by stage.

To make a stage count toward LEGENDARY Pool eligibility, a wallet must reach the equivalent of US$25 in that token.

At qualification, the protocol records the token quantity held by the wallet as its baseline.

From that point forward, continuing eligibility requires:
≥50% of the recorded baseline + TWAB
This rule applies throughout the required Journey stages.

4. The Journey ends with a transformation.

When SUDA BRL graduates, the twelve-country sequence is complete.

That unlocks the final Journey state:
LEGENDARY Peacock.

To remain eligible for the LEGENDARY Pool, the participant must complete the required Journey, satisfy stage qualification, maintain the required retention + TWAB conditions and keep the LEGENDARY Peacock.

5. Protocol activity feeds the ecosystem.

Country Token protocol revenue follows a transparent 50 / 50 allocation:

50% → ATOMIC BUYBACK®
50% → LEGENDARY Peacock Pool in SOL

And inside ATOMIC BUYBACK®, the buyback allocation splits again:

50% → SUDA market buybacks
50% → graduated Country Tokens

The Country Token portion is allocated equally among the Country Tokens that have already graduated.

The active buyback network therefore expands as the Journey progresses.

6. ATOMIC BUYBACK® is designed for the whole ecosystem.

It is not a buyback mechanism for only one token.
It is a SUDA-native economic engine built to route systematic market buybacks across the active ecosystem.

One engine. Whole ecosystem.

7. The LEGENDARY Pool is in SOL.

The Pool receives its share of eligible protocol revenue in SOL.

Eligible wallets participate through deterministic protocol rules, with weighting based on the established scoring/TWAB system.

The goal is transparency:

• Public Pool visibility
• Public ranking
• Deterministic scoring
• Wallet-level eligibility
• On-chain verification
• Estimated Pool participation

No administrative winner selection.

The protocol rules determine participation.

8. The Journey itself is public.

SUDA is being designed so the community can follow wallet progression through the 12 Country Token stages and see how the ecosystem develops on-chain.
The Ranking and Journey Holder interfaces are built around verified protocol data rather than simulated numbers.

9. Fixed supply. Public rules.

SUDA supply: 1,000,000,000

Country Tokens: 12 × 1,000,000,000 each
No additional minting.

A separate 0.5% Genesis Community Reserve — 5,000,000 SUDA — is reserved for gradual community distribution.

10. We are building in public.

SUDA is currently progressing through protocol development and validation toward mainnet.

The website, Journey architecture, tokenomics, economic engine, public transparency system and protocol documentation are being developed openly.
The community can follow the project as it evolves.
