@reliancejio @JioCare set top box is not working since 25th Jan. I raised complain 3 times till 27th everyday, support team told me there is technical problem and it is not working in entire country. Then on 27th finally they raised service request SR00001UJU70, then today it (1)

I asked lady to reopen previous ticket as it is wrongly closed, but she again says not possible. Most pathetic and illogical explanation. Entire jio fiber customer based was unable to access set top box from 25th Jan to 26th Jan, as per customer care. #jio #jiocare @reliancejio

It was automatically closed. Then I again called your customer care, after 20 minutes of waiting over call, executive says due to technical issue ticket got automatically closed. I mean who you guys are fooling? Now new sr has been raised for same problem SR00001UM502. (2)

@hdfcsec pathetic service and customer care. I am trying to reactivate my dormant account since 20 days. Have done online kyc - NO ACTION TAKEN. Then did physical document submission- it's 12 days for that also, still no action, not even an update on the status.
