While arm chair critics and keyboard warriors increase their hatred against each other over on-field issues; real sportsmen show how and where to draw boundaries. This is as good and wholesome a picture you will ever see #RishabhPant #AUSvIND

@sambillings @jimmy9 Imagine aliens invading Earth and this Tweet being the only proof of our intelligence 😢

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

@nitinahlawat @kshirsaju @ppitti Also, I disagree with the apples to oranges bit. Interviews, offer letter etc. is part of the same game. A company is allowed to interview multiple candidates & vice versa. Need to remove this taboo. I have heard tons of instances when offers get rescinded too! Much bigger damage

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

@nitinahlawat @kshirsaju @ppitti Agreement, sure. But you do not buy the person. Probably, the candidate found a much better offer in line with their value. Would you rather have a disgruntled employee who is making a sacrifice or a happy & cheerful one? Both parties need to have circumstancial contingency plans

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

@ppitti At the end of the day, it is a thing of mutual benefit between employees and employers. Both seeking what is best for them. Always have 2nd, 3rd, 4th... & nth option. Goes for you too. Stop shaming people for looking for themselves. Fin.

@ppitti Worked in the US for 5 years now. I am currently working in an organization that sets standards for leadership (Proud!) Not one of them would have replied the way you have. I have only seen good leaders be happy for talented individuals

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

I have absolutely no words on what I am seeing right now. We all knew Alcaraz's pedigree. Where was Tiafoe hiding all this while? He is playing beyond his reputation, ranking, seed and odds #usopen #usopen2022

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

I wish every key point in tennis had a fight like this one. One of the best set points I have ever seen! No out of the world shots, just the basic tactic of keeping it simple till the opponent makes a mistake #USOpen2022 #usopen

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

Oh Khachanov! What did you do!! Handed that game on a platter. He literally rushed to drop his serve ASAP

3 a.m. in NYC. All of us here are spellbound. Those who stayed back didn't move. None of us wanted it to end. Incredible show for the crowd. Hope these two go on to achieve legacy!! What a match!! #USOpen #usopen2022

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

@Ehinderaker Booked tickets hoping Rafa would play, but ended up not missing him for a moment. Sorry Rafa 😋

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

Played in such good spirit. You won a new fan today in me @karenkhachanov. Go the distance #usopen #usopen2022

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

That drop shot from Kyrgios reminded me of the one Rafa played in Aus open 2022 finals when he was 0-40 in 3rd set, Game 6. Cometh the hour, cometh the men #usopen #usopen2022

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

Commentator: The time it takes Nick Kyrgios to win a game, it takes that much time for Rafa to win a point 👀 #USOpen2022 #usopen

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

I need that physio when I have to start work on Mondays. Converted a sullen-faced Kyrgios who was pulling the crowd's energy down to the one who is now pumped up and rallying the crowd #USOpen2022 #usopen

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

Is it just me or the crowd seems a bit dead today? Probably a reflection of the match so far. No drama or suspense as such! Just two players going bam-bam

#USOpen2022 #usopen

[Sudarshan Ramarajan @Suddu_R]

One word to describe this game so far: Blitzkrieg. Both players wanting to finish each point as soon as possible. While it makes it more rapid and intense, I feel the overall quality is a bit low and neither player's focusing on a particular tactic to dig deep
