@Arattai Bug report: Group description saves successfully, but after some time it disappears — the group info page shows "Add group description" again. Reopening the app and re-editing gives the same result. Please look into it.

@Arattai two bugs on the Android app:
1) @all in a group tags nobody — should tag every member at once
2) after viewing a story, the ring disappears from the profile photo — no "viewed" ring

Small suggestion for @Arattai : add "Arattai from Zoho" to the launch/About screen — just like WhatsApp shows "WhatsApp from Meta." It credits the parent brand, builds trust with new users, and strengthens the product's identity. @Zoho

@Arattai That circular loading animation when you open a chat needs to go. Because of it, chats don't open instantly and it never feels smooth. Please rework that circular spinner and make chat opening instant and buttery smooth.

The Arattai-for-Business app is live. This app allows businesses to communicate with customers.

Along with it, we are also launching the Arattai Business Platform to integrate your business software and automation systems with Arattai. The Arattai Business Platform is free for government and public services like Railways. We are working on those integrations right now.

In addition, for healthcare and educational institutions, we give a free allowance of 1 milllion messages per month.

If your phone’s mobile data or Wi-Fi is turned off, and you open Arattai and then turn the internet on, Arattai is unable to sync new messages.

However, if the internet is already turned on when you open Arattai, the new messages sync correctly.
