Decided to travel by train this time from Coimbatore to SecBad. Booked on 1AC assuming it would be the best train experience, given the cost. The dirt and grease under the seats were bad enough. The big shock was the complete absence of the commode I. The so-called ‘bio-toilet’!

@drsangitareddy Administration at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills is pathetic! This is one of the premium hospitals in the city and it feels and looks like a general hospital!
