Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has decided to organize Civil Defence Exercise and Rehearsal across the 244 categorized Civil Defence Districts of the country on 07.05.2025.

The conduct of the exercise is planned up to the village level. This exercise aims to assess and enhance the readiness of Civil Defence mechanisms across all States and Union Territories.

time has come for the State govt to proper utilisation of CD personnel. The @homeodisha should provide a sufficient survival support system for the Odisha civil Defence.

Govt of india should connect the RCDCC to all TCDCCs in Every States through HF net work & hot lines telephone connection.There should be sufficient Siren posts in CD Towns.The well experienced staff & trained Volunteers should be posted as CDIs @AmitShah @narendramodi @PMOIndia

It’s disheartening that CDVs in Odisha still receive only ₹31, while all other departments enjoy better benefits. Before power, you raised this issue. Now, you have the power to resolve it.
Justice for CDVs is long overdue.
