@RSPCA_official Hi. My neighbours asked me to look after their birds while they went on holiday 6 weeks ago. Originally for 2 weeks then extended. Birds were cramped, miserable with bo toys. Do I have to give then back legally? They are happy now in a much bigger cage and toys?

@RSPCA_official They were outside in their cage, wind, rain, boiling hot sun and never came in till late. Ni fruit and vegetables. No exercise and no human interaction.
